Dance Star Mickey was one of the major star’s at this year’s Toy Fairs back at the start of the year and the buzz has just been building and building!
Now Dance Star Mickey is being tipped by many of the biggest toy retailers as one of the top Christmas 2011 toys and you know what that means….low stock that will be sold out with seconds of being instock and hundreds of stressed parents running around trying to get hold of one instead of paying double or even triple the cost on some of the marketplace and auction sites!
So is it worth it? Is Dance Star Mickey any good?
In a word YES, if only to witness Mickey doing the moonwalk! Yes, that’s right Dance Star Mickey not only sings but Moonwalks…awesome!!!
This is one of the most impressive and interactive plush toys that I have seen this year and it’s definetly on par with Let’s Rock Elmo which is another of the top Christmas toys for 2011. This new Mickey Mouse can do everything that a pop star can do, from busting some wicked moves on the dance floor to belting out some amazing tunes Dance Star Mickey has it all going on.
Mickey is controlled by pushing his feet, where he suddenly springs into life and starts interacting with you, Mickey really will make your kids pay attention and want to dance and sing along with Mickey.
Now we did mention that Mickey dances, but we are not just talking about moving from side to side, we mean full on dancing, Dance Star Mickey can groove to six different songs with styles including, disco, Latin techno, and the Moonwalk, Dance Star Mickey is also packed with interactive games that will have children and parents laughing and dancing along and that’s not all you also get 2 fun games to play with Mickey if you are too tired to jump around, one of them is called Freeze and the other is Mickey Says, both games are really fun and your kids will love them!
What really makes this Mickey interactive toy stand out from the crowd from the crowd to me is not just the fun factor , but it’s the small details that go to making this toy seem very real, like when Mickey talks and sings his mouth opens and closes with each word and it’s completely in-synch.
Fisher price have done a fantastic job with this Mickey Mouse and it’s going to be HOT this Christmas!
