Disney Princess Ultimate Dream Castle
When we saw the Disney Princess Ultimate Dream Castle for the first time back at toy fair our mouths dropped to the floor and all we could say was….WOW!
The Disney Princess Ultimate Dream Castle is BIG, in fact this is the biggest castle that the Disney team have ever made and it’s the one toy that ever young princess is going to want this Christmas, all you need to do is make sure you have the room!
Set over 3 floors each room of this Disney Castle is themed to a different Disney character princess which includes Tiana, Belle, Jasmine, Ariel, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella. So starting at the bottom of the Castle, the door bell actually rings and the front doors of the castle can open.
Turning the Ultimate Castle around we first come to the kitchen area which is Tiana’s kitchen, where she can pretend to cook up a pot of gumbo just like she does in ‘The Princess and the Frog’. Moving on we have Belle’s dining room from the magical ‘Beauty and the Beast’, with magically moving character friends, just like in the ‘Be Our Guest’ scene from the movie. You also get some great features such as the Mrs Pots and Chip characters, as well as a table which features Lumiere, there is also a wheel button on the table that allows you to spin the characters around which is a fantastic feature!
Moving up at the side of the castle we have Jasmine’s elevator which is from Aladin and is really a magic carpet for whisking her to all the different floors! Then on the second level we have Ariel’s undersea bathroom which comes complete with real bubble sounds and a seashell tub, then in the middle of the ultimate castle we come to Snow White’s vanity, this section or room comes complete with a magic mirror, that when turned shows Snow White her beloved Prince Charming on the other side. Finally on this level we have Sleeping Beauty’s bedroom, where fairy godmothers fly above the bed and she can use the armoire to store her ball gowns.
Then on the otherside of this amazing Disney Ultimate Castle we have of course Cinderella’s staircase, where Cinderella can glide down the stairs before midnight-but look close and you’ll see she’s left her glass slipper behind.
On the top level of the Disney Dream Castle there is a spinning musical dance floor, but just make sure Cinderella leaves before midnight!
This really is a fantastic toy that fans of Disney are going to love and go crazy for, there is so many features and so much to do to keep children entertained. The Disney Dream Castle is very solid and well built and the whole playset really does feel magical.
My only note to parents is that the princess dolls are not included in this set, so they will have to be bought separatley and the Disney Castle does require x2 AA batteries which are not included.

I have been trying to get my daughter one of the ultimate dream castles but to no avail, the prices from named high street stores varied from £129.99 – £150.00, so why can amazon put the prices up £360 for the same item, I find this a appalling as I thought that there was a law in place to stop this happening, this should not be happening when all named high street stores have none in stock especially when advertised on tv and none in stock in uk apart from RIP OFF AMAZON, it’s going to be one disapointed little girl this Xmas.
I so agree with you Gary. I also have seen them offered in the high street at £130 – £150, but you’re right on Amazon they are £350/£360 – I make no wonder they are the only ones with them in stock. It’s down right disgraceful – and they still have the nerve to charge P & P!!!!!!!!!!!! In the USA they are available for $150 – less than £100. I’m going to ask my friend in USA to get one and send it over – it will still be cheaper for me. I had a disappointed niece at Christmas, so hopefully she will have one for her birthday. I may be horrible but would rather see her disappointed than me to be ripped off to that extent.
