New from Kids at Play comes the amazing Dr Who Ride-In Dalek which caused a storm at the 2011 Toy Fair.
This Ride In Dalek will have young fans of the Doctor Who television show going crazy because for the first time ever your child will be able to actually sit in a real Dalek and move around…Just make sure you don’t get EXTERMINATED!
The main question with regards to these Daleks seems to be, are they safe and are they strong?
Well I can answer quite honestly yes and yes! Kids at Play have come up with a unique and patented concept of an inflatable body attached to a high density plastic base, the design of this Dalek means that it is both safe and strong and meets all the new essential safety standards, so as a parent you can be quite assured that your children will have a great time while being safe and with the high density plastic, you can be sure that this Inflatable will be able to take quite a battering and not burst.
The Dalek itself is approx 128cm in height and the electric motor inside allows your child to be able to sit inside and turn the Dalek a full 360 degrees and it has a top speed of 3km per hour.
Other features on the Ride In Dalek include flashing lights for an atmospheric glow and a steering wheel that gives your child the ability to access 10 different dalek sound effects and voice phrases so that they feel they are really inside a Dalek!
Some other important bits of information that you may want to know, such as where you can use the Ride-In Dalek?
Well the Dalek can be used both outside on flat surfaces and inside the house and you don’t have to worry about this Dalek damaging your furniture either because it is surrounded by a soft bumper.
The age range for the Doctor Who Ride In Dalek is between 3 to 6 years old, and it has a maximum child weight 30kg. For me this is the only thing wrong with this toy…I want to see an adult version!
