Smokey the Fire Truck
After the amazing Rocky the Robot Truck and last years must-have Stinky the Garbage Truck Matchbox have released Smokey the Fire Truck to join the Big Rig Buddies line and I have a feeling that Smokey is going to be one of the most popular toys that Matchbox have released so far.
Just like the other Big Rig Buddies Smokey who is a Fire Engine is completely interactive and comes with a fantastic range of cool features from the moment you turn Smokey on he comes alive with engine and siren sounds and flashing blue lights just as you would see on a real fire truck, but unlike a real fire truck Smokey starts to talk and the front grill moves as his mouth which is really amazing, this is the first realistic moving mouth seen on this series.
Then with the push of another button Smokey springs to life and becomes a walking talking robot truck, the front wheels move as arms and he can move from side to side.
On top of Smokey you will notice his water cannon, after all he is a fire engine, when Smokey will tell you that there is a fire and you can then use the water cannon which is actually a launcher to shoot out a plastic rocket, kids will go crazy for this. You can actually load up to 3 water rockets and fire them and Smokey will let you know when he is empty so you can reload!
Of course this being a matchbox big rig interactive robot Smokey can also dance as well as interact with your child.
This is a fantastic additio0n to the big rig buddies series of interactive trucks and Smokey is the most advanced and fun out of the range so far.
We love this toy and we know that kids are going to love Smokey too, Matchbox have +taken all the very best elements from Stinky and Rocky the robot truck and have just added to them to create the most fun and playable interactive toy from the range so far!
Children are going to have hours and hours of fun playing with Smokey and this is one toy that’s not going to get thrown away in a hurry.
